Flash tasting: Sugar snap peas

Color is really light, like dilute egg white. Nose of grass, herb, dried hay, and uncooked wheat. Taste is extremely light to begin with. After warming up in the mouth, flavors show up. Slightly sweet from flowering note and honey, zest, refined acidity, and a bit spicy, like jalapeño. Refreshing and light. After taste is medium long with grapefruit note. Clean and on par.

Wow, jalapeno in a bottle of scrumptious this Saub Blanc from Chilie has great minerality and more important slight jalapeno notes to go with the sauv blanc citrus. Great with anything. Thank you Ruben and his Keller Wine Chateau

Great price point. Lemon peels & guava. Great with seafood.

Very classic style Sauvignon Blanc, with a nice acidic core that is not overpowering. A bit closed on the nose, but it comes to life on the mid palate with good mineral, grassy and citrus tones. Very good length with classic gooseberry and more green notes in it. Somebody eyeballed a Sancerre pretty hard when they crafted this one.
