Medium ruby; medium plus intensity aromas of red and black fruit; dry, medium plus acid, medium plus tannins, high alcohol, medium intensity flavors consistent with aromas; aromas more concentrated than flavors, only moderately complex

Complex yet youthful. Loads of blackcurrant, cedar, spice, soy, leather, and wild berries. #winewednesday

Deep dark crimson, shiny and bright. Full bodied. Muddled black fruit nose with graphite a hint of prune, and barnyard and beets. Not a lot of this transfers to the palate. Mainly blackberry. Medium acidity, medium plus tannins. Grippy firm, and average finish. No decant but poured through a Vinturi-- was thirsty.

Demasiado bueno!!! No tengo palabras...
Este vino es para tomarlo con lo que desees: carnes, pasta, quesos, prosciutto, etc, etc...

I can't imagine Ribera being better. A little soy and umami with luscious fruit, big and integrated tannins, and a finish that is long and lovely. Spectacular.

Tastes and looks younger than the 2004. Intense fruit and lots of oak. Well made and ready to set down for several more years.

Big, ripe fruit having a love affair with oak. Lush but acidity keeps it balanced and elegant.
