From the #mysterycase and being used to cook 🐟 tonight. Tastes fresh, lemons, water. Sounds weird but it’s actually pleasant πŸ€”

Sweet and fruity. Nice acidic finish, not cloying.

Advent night 6. Very refreshing, a little tart. Josh also really enjoyed it.

Not quite bone-dry #venezie #bianco blend. The Sauvignon Blanc is bold up front, some grassy and tropical fruit notes, lovely acidity and just a nice crisp light wine overall that still maintains substance. It paired nicely with vegetable pot pies with tarragon sauce.

An unbelievable taste for a screw-cap white wine vintage 2011. I don't prefer white wines but this was the best white wine I've ever tasted. Perfect blend of sweet to dry. Not too sweet, not too dry.
