18 Year Old Extremely Rare Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

This has the finesse you would expect from 18 years of age but otherwise predictable; evokes buttery California Chardonnay.

Candied nuts, some caramel, plenty of orange and other citrus zest on the nose. Orange Crush soda, immediately up front, but definitely some underlying barrel spice and other associated flavor.

Sherry + Bourbon cask. Light and citrusy, very smooth mouthfeel.

Opened overly coconutty, but dissipated quickly. Refined, not hot, slightly floral

Caramel, spicy

Very Bourbon like...in a Barley.

Whiskeyfest. Not sure if this was the pour of the night but up there.
