Always great. Elegant, supple, outperforms every time. Didn't grab the date but the most recent disgorgement was bright, lofty and carried itself well.

Yeast and tropical fruit lemon. Med acid, dry, med+ alcohol. Not a fan of yeast/brioche

This was great. Nose was like buttercream; really unique and light. Good body and finish. Would drink again

Pretty golden color, subtle nose with some sweet apples. Lots of great yeasty and bready notes on the palette, fresh crushed apples. You say this a lot with champagne, but this bottle was the most pronounced I've tasted. Paired well with fois gras and raw scallop.

Not too carbonated. Tastes closer to a Chardonnay.

This champagne was recommended to me as a substitute out of stock Gosset. Awesome. So smooth. Tiny stream of bubbles I think I like it just as much as Ruinart.

A departure from the brioche breadiness of some of the Côte des Blancs' more famous grandes maisons. PG & F also sets itself apart due to the high percentage of old vines at their relatively small estate, in a region suffering from a plethora of young vineyards. Crisp clean refreshing fruit forward. Great expression of Blanc de Blancs perfect at the raw bar
