Natura Un-Oaked Valle de Casablanca Chardonnay

This is my first organic. I have to say it's not as bad as I thought it would be. There is a hint of a distinct taste. The owner of my local wine store say it's pretty good for an organic so I take it that most are an acquired taste

Light fresh

Very crisp; bright acid; tropical fruit, pineapple upside down cake

Sample from banfi. In a word- clean. Very nice expression of the pure easy grape, no BS to mess it up.

Un-oaked Chardonnay gives a different flavor to your typical Chardonnay. Fruit forward. Stone fruits like apple and pear. Medium acidity.

Sweet, zesty, med high acidity, not good pairing with blue cheese, no woody flavor which is nice, medium body

This wine is great! Medium-light, lots of fruit and good acidity - the lack of wood really lets Chardonnay's delicious flavor shine. I love this.
