The wine shows pale in the glass, and gives aromas of apples and citrus, with a hint of flowers and minerals. On the palate, the flavors run toward apples, peaches and Meyer lemons with an acidity level that is refreshing, but doesn’t rip anyone’s taste buds off the tongue.

Quite nice 100% Alvarinho. On the nose this is similar to Rias Baixas Albarinos but with additional floral topnote. On palate this has very intense initial fruit and healthy acidity driving the taste. On day 2 both have toned down and wine presents nice minerality and is overall better balanced thus I take one should wait 6-9months prior popping the cork. Good stuff
