Disappointing in one word, imbalanced and too acid, this light gold color SB from Alexander Valley has a nice nose, with a touch of tropical fruits, kiwi, pineapple, vanilla and citrus, yet the palette is just imbalanced with an attack of what seems to feel like an over expressed high acidity, to a level of discomfort to the pallet, maybe an off bottle, yet my score 73.

Not Samantha's SB, which happens to be one of my favorites. This amazing Estate Cab Sauv based is just re-released. Amazing herbal and spice with a deep, full mid-palate. Dark berries with loads of tea and tobacco notes that dances on my palate...
Full, but not heavy... just enough bottle age and enough fruit...thinking to have Braised Pork Belly and Lentils...keeping it simple...

Had the chance to visit this winery and it was beautiful. Omar was awesome at describing the wine. Full of citrus! Love it!

Incredibly smooth cab. Had the good fortune to visit the winery when I was in Sonoma. They are very good at producing this wine. Good job !!
