Happy New Year! First wine of 2021. Very fruit forward aromas of apple and citrus along with plenty of mineral notes. Same fruits on the pallet with hints of melon and fresh herbs. Gripping acidity and creamy finish. Quite refreshing and elegant.

Very drinkable, but if I were tasting blind I would’ve assumed it was a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Moderate acidity, lots of melon up front, but missing the minerality so crucial to a Pouilly-Fumé.

Melon up front, brioche and yeast to finish. Medium acid. Lingering but non-mineral finish.

Finish is incredibly long. Zesty herbal start and creamy on the end. 😍
