I am sad to see the Stryker label going away with the acquisition, but it feels like the 2007 is in its peak window.

Very opaque in color and not a hit of transparency. Leather, dark currant, oak, black olive dominate the aroma profile. Great structure and probably would have lasted another 7-10 years. Medium plus finish
