Rich and layered and a hint smokey, lemon curd, minerals, buttered toast, exotic spices.

Hinting at secondary phase. Even 3 to 4 years of cellaring makes a world of difference

I know when I am 70 the vintage of my formative years I will regret not being able to buy more of are the tens. Perfectly balanced. Great mix of savory and fruity flavors now and it will continue to develop.

Spicy. At the moment showing a bit too much oak, which will hopefully settle down.

This showed well, though still young. Both chiseled/mineral and still showing the influence of the barrel. Decanted and enjoyed at Dinner by HB

Lives up to the name. Creamy and full of layers.

Imbibed at "Le Petit Paris" in Cannes. "When in Rome..."(Very nice drinking...)
