Went on a tasting trip to Russian River Valley and this was my favorite wine of the day. Balanced, smooth, cherries, cassis, tartness and joy. Well done!

Well for being the Best Of Class at the 2015 SF International Wine Chronicle Competition it was a good bottle but not the best ever. The aroma was the star with an extremely fragrant perfume of cherries and Kool aid. The palate expressed rhubarb with bing cherries. Strawberry jam and a rich black pepper spice on the finish.
