Nov 9th, 20172011. Really warm vintage so the dark fruited aromatics are expressive: figs, cocoa powder, spice, plums, cherries, tar, rose petals, the list goes on. The palate was softer but still has that tannin and acid structure I adore Nebbiolo for. A perfect drink now restaurant list Barbaresco.

Very tight and medicinal on pop. Double decanted and put in a time out for 2 hours. It needed the shame because it woke up and kicked ass. So very pure, powerful and sexy. Drink but give it lots of air.

Elegant, floral and gently herbal. Dark fruit, soft tannins, gentle acid. Just plain tasty. Expressive and seems to be in the right place to put away easily
