This Sauv/Sem mix was a previous fave but I don't remember the oak I found here. Still nice enough but I prefer more crispness...

Fumy nose, with notes of elderflower and peach. Fresh on the palate with fairly volatile acidity and strong elements of sour citrus fruit (yuzu). Balanced, but lingering tartness on the finish.

Good acidity, but green and clumsy. Some minerality but not a whole lot of fruit.

Lovely, little, affordable ($7) white Bordeaux. I'd say buy some but I the rest so guess you'll have to stop by...

The label now says this is entirely Sauvignon Blanc. Pure stone fruit. not a fantastic finish. At first blush thought it was more like a chenin Blanc. Quite interesting. $15.

Almost completely neutral when cold, a bit of lemon oil and white flowers while warming to room temp. No overt flaws, but just dilute and boring.

Love it, fresh, just enough crispness, exotic fruit with hint of vanilla, delicious!

Exciting, vibrant, refreshing '4th wine' of well-known Bordeaux Cru Classé producer Chateau Beychevelle. 100% SB. Macerated cold. Aged in oak (25%) and SS (75%) for approx. 4 months.

Golden to brass, tending to gold.
Lush and creamy, yet zesty nose: mint, sea salt, melon, gooseberry, white currant, nectarine, lily. Smokey whiff.
Very round palate of light+ body & lively acidity. Green apple, pineapple, pomelo, gooseberry flavors.
Fresh and intense finish of green apples & gooseberry.
Would pair oraganically any seafood.

Well balanced, very refreshing and quafable. Good for sipping with cocktails and at $10, a good party wine.
