This had one of the most unique aromatics of a champagne I’ve ever come across. Toasty, doughy, but with marzipan and golden raisins. The palate was balanced between fruit (caramel dipped apple) and honeycomb with sea salt. Would like to try again. Thanks @Clare Gillette

Delicious, light-bodied and fresh with yeast, smoke, truffle and hazelnut aromas. On the palate it showed delightful quince, citrus, spice apricot jam flavors and a me real driven satisfying finish #enofylzwineblog #Champagne #champagnecampaign
