Jan 3rd, 2021This had one of the most unique aromatics of a champagne I’ve ever come across. Toasty, doughy, but with marzipan and golden raisins. The palate was balanced between fruit (caramel dipped apple) and honeycomb with sea salt. Would like to try again. Thanks @Clare Gillette
