Oregogne Chardonnay

Dinner party; excellent night; can’t quite remember tasting notes 😬

I really wanted to love this- maybe I just don't get it. Nothing about this spoke to the fruit for me, I was missing the Chardonnay. Don't get me wrong, it's tasty- but...I'm still trying to figure out what's going on here.

Inaugural Release!

Totally passable as good 1er Cru from the Côte d'Or.

Extraordinary example of what can be done in Oregon with Chardonnay. Very Burgundian in its approach. Extremely elegant with soft white floral notes, think a cross between daisies and peonies. Refreshing acidity, and a touch of oak. Great stuff.

Great chardonnay. Easy drinking

Vanilla toast, oak spices, high acidity, smoke, full malo. Yellow fruit. Called it California Chardonnay or DeMorgenzon Chenin hahahahahaha

American day 2 - and getting better. Still need more length though

Absolute phenomenal wine. Very well balanced. Everything I can hope from a Bourgogne, I mean, Oregogne, Chard.
