Medium bodied with gentle creamy texture. Good minerality. Stone fruiter, with light floral notes. Very good length. Very pink gala Apple like, hint of melon too. Fab

Grenache blanc base delicately blends with Clairette, Viognier, Marsanne, Rousssanne, and splash of Picpoul. I can sense bits of influence from each of these. The nose is quiet - aromas of yellow apple, almond, peach and flinty white flowers. Intensity dials up in the mouth - some heat, some acid too - neither flabby nor fat. Flavors of peaches, apricot, and Meyer lemon.
