2004 Burgs vs CA Pinots. Some in the group felt it was like Kosta Brown but I’m not so sure. Much preferred the Siduri of the two CA Pinots in the lineup

A BTG offering at Angèle and what a delight. Pleasant Hill - aka JENKINS RANCH - is a proven Pinot Noir site in the as yet unofficial “Sebastopol Hills” area of Russian River Valley AVA. 2014 with 3-4 years of bottle time is bridging youthful juiciness with a flicker of aged character. Nice work

Embarrassed to say I've never had a Whetstone PN until tonight and this was compliments of J&M. Superb. I'm buying some this week.

Whetstone is consistently good. This is a beautiful RRV Pinot that reminds me of cherry cola & with a bit of leather. The color is deep and opaque. Heavier than what I'm used to, and quite lovely

2012 Dark cherries, blueberries, cedar, and oak. Another great bottling by team Jamie, worth 2x the price

This is one of the prettiest Pinot Noirs I've had in a long time. 2012 Vibrant, fruity. Cherries, cola, cedar, vanilla. God Bless you, Russian River Valley fruit. I'm so happy the winery is in Napa, so close to my home.
