Not only does our #atlasofwine enjoy the modern luxuries of soft bedding, he loves the occasional unmanipulated throwback to the good old days of wine made naturally. The 2013 is the first vintage of Pesico by Nicolas Marcos that sees no chemical intervention in the vineyard or in the winery. Taut, alive, acetic, nourishing, complex, with a finish for days. This is the kind of wine I want to drink every day.
