Sadly my phone died right after I took this picture all my notes are based on a fuzzy memory after quite a few “tastings”. But of all the roses I had In Provence, this was the one we wanted to bring home!

Roses in France are good. However it is apparent when you drink a good Rose. Dry with full of flavor. I could have done a second bottle
