Quite nice, super clean and pure. White flowers, yellow apple, quince on the palate and a mineral finish. Needed a little time to flesh out. Good value, I’ll be picking up a few more.

Complex on the nose: ripe apricot, petrol, stone, honeysuckle, canned peach, anise. Went tart on palate as tart lemon and green apple. High acidity, medium intensity, and finish. Phenolic bitterness on the finish. 11.5%

Oct 4th, 2019100% jacquere from Savoie. Very lively, green apple, limey. Very Picpoul-like. Quite a dusting of chalkiness. Light texture, but mainly a wine built around its acidic/mineral backbone. Sharp green apple, greengage, stones. Refreshing

Lots of primary fruit but developes nicely in the glass ocer time. High acidity, green apple, lemon and white flowers.
