From one of the best Italian producers of Traditional Method Blanc de Blancs, this is Ferrari's NV cuvée and shows all the typical richness of. 100% Chardonnay with nice crisp appley acidity. Disgorged 2014 & not showing any depth of autolysis.

Bread and nuts flavor came from my glass. Small bubbles, Not so sour compared with Brut. Quite elegant. The flavor is not so strong compared with P, but I prefer this. @1050/375, Selco, 181209
