Lots of ripe fruit upon opening. After an hour or so, fruit calmed down a bit which made it come together more for me. Blackberry, dark cherry, vanilla oak. Grippy tannins w med acidity.

Black cherry and raspberry syrup, meaty, oaky spice and a little mineral beam. Decent qpr for $15 at Costco.

6 years past vintage and now well-integrated. Fig and dark berry nose. Weighty blackberry, dark cherry and fig on the palate with velvety tannins and medium acid. 15.5 abv shows a bit the back end, but still enjoyable. Guessing the masses would really like this big juice.

Super green and stemmy. Hot on the palate due to high ABV. Not for me. Drank over 3 days and never really came around.

Paired exceptionally well w Colorado lamb chops and beef filet. Needed a long time to breathe and open up but a good bit of tannins came out.
