Clear, crisp, mildly acidic with lime zest, white peaches, and fresh cut green apple. Paired with lobster ravioli. Very nice.

Citrus close to Sav Blanc, more sweet citrus, some orange, mineral taste carries it through

For a $10 bottle this has so much to offer. Very acidic and complex. Stays with you for far longer than it is in your mouth. I get green apple and pear with citrus and a slight minerality. Huge bang for your buck with this.
