Purple hue on the glass. On the nose its all berries.
Taste of cherry, chocolate, smooth tannins, long finish.
I saw the label and had to try it. I'm told the photo is from 1956.
Napa, Ca. U.S.A. 13.5 % ABV.

Aug 28th, 2019Marilyn Merlot 2005 is a pretty dry wine but it feels soft on your pallet compared to other dry wine or Merlot. I was able to taste black cherry and smoke flavors.
