Delightful. Immediate lime zest smack in the face.
Natural sweetness that comes though it’s not oaky or residual sugar. Just a roundness to the wine that helps balance the lime.
This wine is good with Mexican and some spice. — a month ago
Unbelievable aromas coming from this wine that scream bright red and blue fruits.
Honestly - the joy is in smelling this wine. It also tastes good and is quite smooth.
I recall Steve saying this is a petite Sarah and Zin blend and a special wine from this vintage. Well done sir. — 4 days ago
Upon opening, this bottle smelled amazing. Ripe wild blueberry and pie like aromas.
First sip and the fruit is present, not quite as jammy as the smell and you get a lot more structure and depth. Some forest bramble and chewiness.
Overall - a steal from auction. Love that people under value the 2011’s — 2 months ago
Procured via auction. Have had bad bottles before but cork looked solid (used Durand to take no chances).
This bottle was excellent and the wine developed nicely in the glass over about 1.5 hours. Kept in my ETO.
Nice black and dark fruits with a little muscle. Oak integrated and not overpowering.
Lovely pairing with steak. — 4 days ago
Very light. Excellent aromas on the nose
Good tannins yet fruit felt restrained and seemed like a more floral — 25 days ago
Enjoyed this very much. Paired well with sushi — a month ago

I really wanted Sangiovese tonight and this fit the bill though not in the old world style.
Nice fruit and well made. Another auction winner — 3 days ago
