Always fun to try new varietals and blends! Deep garnet in color with barnyard and dried prunes on the nose (perhaps some volcanic sulfur too!!). Dark fruit, blackberries and volcanic minerality on the palette with soft and sweet tannins for structure. Medium acidity - appropriate to balance the wine. Radici Taurasi Aglianico 2019
An enjoyable wine all around although less so than other aglianico’s that I’ve had recently. Deep ruby in color with darker fruit on the palate (plum, blackberry). Oak notes of vanilla and spice were also present. A good pairing with prime rib. — 10 days ago

Lemon in color with medium intensity. Medium intensity on the nose with white fruit; medium intensity on the palate of citrus, crisp apples and pears and medium acidity and medium alcohol. This dry wine is nice for a hot summer day and is ready for consumption immediately - no benefit anticipated from aging! Quite simple albeit nicely balanced. — 14 days ago

Lovely expression of Priorat in a bottle!!! Muted red fruit on the nose with medium ruby color in the glass. On the palete one is rewarded with red cherry, raspberry and strawberry with slate minerality a plenty. This is a real treat from Palacios to the lucky drinker!! — 14 days ago
