A classy Greek sparkler. The nose presents lavender, and hints of orange, grapefruit, lemon rind, lemon grass, and fresh apple. The palate features star fruit, quince, asian pear, and lime. Fine bubble with moderate plus acid. Long soft citrus finish. Slightly higher alcohol than a traditionally made sparkling wine. — 4 years ago

100% Debina. Lemony & salty — 10 months ago
Pours a lightly translucent garnet in the glass and presents with the maraschino cherry and natural earthy elements that might characterize a great Cabernet franc. A slight amount of satisfying grit, a bit of fennel and candied lemon peel, a bit of ginger. Nice acidity and cranberry notes add lightness and poise. Very nice. — 3 years ago

Enjoyable orange sparkling wine that tastes like a lambic beer. Oxidative and yeasty like beer, with a nice orange fruit flavor. — 18 days ago
