Full bodied with medium acidity.
Sweet on the palate, soft and smooth.
Showing black fruits, chocolates, coffee, spices, brown sugar, honey, peppercorn, cola and light wood.
What an interesting sweet wine from Israel. This 18 year old is drinking beautifully now.
Nicely balanced with enough acidity to balance the sugars out.
Showing lots of complexity at this point, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.
Easy drinking and elegant, and a great after dinner wine.
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Aged for 127 months in oak barrels.

What a great Chardonnay this is.
Beautiful and elegant nose of oak, vanilla and spices.
Full bodied and graceful on the palate with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with citrus, apples, pears, light honey, herbs, cloves and Indian spices.
Easy drinking with a long finish.
Showing nice complexity already, and will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.
Aged for 22 months in American oak barrels.

Tasty right out of the bottle, crisp and refreshing.
I had the 2021 vintage not too long ago and it was better. I believe this one is just too young.
Will continue to age nicely in the next few years.

Beautiful color of dark ruby with a wide brick/ reddish rim.
Strong nose and medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity and a soft mouthfeel.
Showing black currants, cooked plums, cedar, tobacco leaf, vanilla, alcohol, herbs, peppercorn, coffee, cinnamon and dark chocolates.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This 12 year old Israeli Cabernet Sauvignon is gorgeous. Rich and delicate.
Peaking now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 to 10 years.
Good right out of the bottle and better with airtime. 30 minutes in the glass was enough.
Grapes are grown in the Upper Galilee region and aged in American oak barrels for over 6 years (74 months).
