Vignobles Du Paradis

Vignobles Lacheteau

Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie Melon de Bourgogne 2022

This wine has almost no coloring. Its nose is more herb-driven than mineral-driven, but there is a touch of wet sidewalk in the aromas. The palate is dry and rather flat, with only a hint of acidity. As with the smells, the flavors lean into the herbal side of the spectrum with enough minerals to make it a decent pair with shellfish. It is a pleasant enough wine, and for $7 I will not complain beyond this paragraph. I will, however, keep it in mind for when I need a dry white wine for cooking. — 10 days ago

Les Hauts de Lagarde Bordeaux Red Bordeaux Blend 2021

Smooth finish with tart cherry and plum notes. This is especially good after a day of breathing. It was really a great accompaniment to an Italian pasta dish. — a month ago

Domaine Vacheron

Le Paradis Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc 2020

Light yellow in color.

Very pretty nose with citrus, oak and spices.

Dry on the palate with medium plus acidity.

Nicely balanced and elegant. Rich and delicate. Feels like a white Burgundy.

Good by itself or with food. Just wonderful and delicious.

Good right out of the bottle, and better after 45 minutes of airtime. Will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 years.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

93 points.

$85.
