A wine that will divide the crowd
Valter Massa is the king of the timorasso
He has made the history for this grape variety and i was very curious to taste this new( to me) label
Wine needed a little warm up after coming out from the fridge before expressing all its complexity, even the fruit you couldn't taste when too cold
Colour is golden although had no oak ageing
Eventually we find peach and papaya very pronounced(perhaps mango?), but not overripen
Flinty, very mineral, a bit gingery, white pepper, coriander seeds and marvellous length
It might be seeming not too dry for someone, but to me it found a balance and i enjoyed it a lot

トレッビアーノのオレンジワイン。10日間のマセラシオン。
コッテリした甘さではないし、タンニンもそこまでではないが、カリンや白い花、ムスク?みたいな華やかさ、ホワイトペッパー、火打石感。
とにかくアロマティックで飲む前から、分かる美味しいやつ。

Marko Fon Vinogradi, questa è una vitovska bevuta a capodanno 2013 da Valter Kramar e Ana Roš. Vino opulento sentori di distillato molto concentrato e sicuramente l'eleganza non è la definizione più centrata. Non mi ha rapito il cuore ma comunque voglio berlo nuovamente e assaggiare anche il terlano rosso ed anche la malvasia. — 12 years ago
Delicious Anglianico from Campania. Ripe red berries. A bargain of a wine, Punches way above its price. Drank in May 2023. Rich Dark ruby red, Pairs with a lot of foods. — 3 years ago
