Annata 2013. Prodotto dall’uva autoctona calabrese Mantonico, davvero una bella scoperta ed un’altra uva bianca italiana adatta per vini importanti e da invecchiamento. Giallo paglierino brillante, profumi intensi simili a quelli del Sauvignon, con note vegetali e minerali. In bocca è fresco, sapido, con una acidità che equilibra il frutto maturo. Finale lungo e leggermente amaro. Davvero buono. — 9 years ago
