One of the most complex wines I have ever tasted. If it had Co2 it could pass as a beer. Deep golden color with hints of cooked apple and malt. Finish fell short and the lack of acid results in the posted score. — 6 years ago

This is an excellent new small Brewery in Brussels with some really well-made beers. Delta IPA was good, but the New England IPA was truly exceptional and could easily pass for a Hill Farmstead Beer. Truly outstanding. — 9 years ago
