This was given a short 30min decant before being consumed over the next two days.
My note is likely going to be reminiscent of my experience with the 2015 Panek I opened 3yrs ago. Out of the RM Cabernet lineup, Panek is the pleasure bomb. One of the signature traits I get from some of TRBs cabs is his ability to pull the entire fruit spectrum (entry of bright red fruits, mid palate of fresh and sweet blue fruits before a commanding and juicy black fruit finish). From the start, this was uber concentrated, but in an elegant way (not brawny). 2hrs later, this smoothed out and channeled a silky profile. This leans to a more floral, dark cherry, mocha fruit flavor profile up front before an inky, juicy, dark chocolate covered black cherry with mint and savory notes. Still on the upswing. Decant 2hrs or hold another 2-3yrs. However, it’s in a hedonistic stage now with minimal air. — a year ago
Amazing!!! Wish I had more — 3 years ago
Bought for cooking but greatly surprised me. High acidity, crisp, and great flavours of pear and apple. Will pick up a few more bottles to have on hand. — 4 years ago

Lovely. Spent sometime in neutral oak. Apple cider-green & dominate red, bruised pear, overripe pineapple juice, tropical melons, ginger ale, white cream, some overripe white peach, saline, sea fossils/spray, limestone alluvial minerals, bread dough, yeastiness, moist/wet chalkiness, yellow, white flowers, excellent, round, acidity, well; knitted, structured, nicely tensioned, balanced & evenly polished finished that lasts two-minutes. — a year ago
For $35 at the Benchmark Bin Sale I’m happy.
Reductive in style with shades of oxidative. Golden apple, bruised pear, apple cider notes, lemon & lime citrus, green melon, some pineapple juice, ginger, crumbled chalkiness, limestone, saline, sea fossils, baguette crust, yellow lilies, white flowers w/mixed greens. Good acidity with a nicely balanced finish.
Visited the property in October 2022 and it is impressive. The walk through the Clos de Goisses vineyard was spectacular. Ate two bunches of the unpicked Pinot Noir, which only furthered the reason I can no longer eat table grapes. As well, the view of the Cote de Blancs from there is stunning! — a year ago
Both peaches, pineapple juice that falls onto marmalade, green apple, hint of apple cider, bruised Bosc pear, light malt, ginger ale, honey notes, saline, sea fossils, alluvial limestone, moist, mushy chalkiness, white spice, bread dough, soft yeastiness, some bread crust, yellow lilies framed in spring flowers with greens, soft, crisp acidity, round, elegant body that is well; knitted, structured, tensioned with a smartly polished finish that lasts two-minutes. — 5 months ago
Happy birthday Honey. 🥳🎂🎉 🌹
This is absolutely as exquisite as when we had it for Christina’s birthday March 1, 2023. The benefit tonight is time & attention to focus on it. Delicious.
Green apple, lime, lemon pineapple, stone fruits, slightly bruised golden apple and pear, leans into apple cider, cream, ginger ale, nuts w/ skin, very fine powdery chalkiness, limestone, saline, biscuit dough, sea fossils. Amazing body and acidity, fruit blossoms, jasmine, yellow florals and well; structured knitted, balanced, extremely well polished finish that lasts two-minutes. Drinking beautiful now & with time & life for 10 yrs or more. Love you Sofia.

Delicious, better on day two quite ripe but acid of 10’ still quite evident. Dark kirsch and monumental finish. — 4 years ago
