At 11 euros a bottle, the best value bottle of my life! — 2 years ago
My first Jura wine. Glad I finally got around to trying one...
The nose is a bit like a Fino in character, with pronounced saline and mineral aromas, and there are also persimmon, apple, and lychee notes. On the palate, there is that Fino quality, but much more tart, green apple and citrus. High acid, but it is well-integrated and the wine has good overall balance. The finish is lingering with tart fruit and a chalky note. Really tasty and interesting. — 4 years ago
Great wine! One of my best Ribera deal Duero. Nice balance with tannins. Had 2011 vintage at Rosh Hashana dinner (Oct 2015) with home-made slow cooked brisket (beef) — 3 years ago
Fruity and flirty. Great opener for more serious wines, and very nice for a blind tasting. Will surely be mistaken for something fancier. — 4 years ago
