Garnet, deep rose color. Red fruits and pine forest floor on nose. Very restrained style. Lovely herbaceous quality and subtle fruit on the palate (both red and dark). High acidity and medium tannins, but well balanced. More reminiscent of old world, but definitely Russian River style. Very food friendly. — 7 years ago
Super effervescent. Very dry and tasty — starfruit and white grapes. Looove this one! #undergroundcellars — 2 years ago
Bright ruby color. Light medium pigment. Light bodied. Smells of earth on the nose. Spice, currant on the attack. Astringency detected. Medium finish. — 7 years ago

I liked this a lot, for a bigger wine it was great. I might have thought this was Napa cab, but this had big boysenberry notes along with lots of American oak. The American oak on it wasn’t totally my style because I felt it was a little too involved BUT it was done well. (Difference in personal preference as opposed to bad execution.). I really did like this as a large bold wine. Didn’t feel a lot towards zin but super fun! — 4 years ago

A delightful Sardinian Vermentino with full flavors of lemon zest, green apple, with a vein of salinity throughout the nose and palate. Tasty on its own and a delicious pairing with pesto chicken pasta! [11/3/23] ($21) — a year ago
