The photo here sums up my thoughts on this PLASTIC bottle of wine. My boyfriend’s bare chest is perfectly captured within the walls of my glass while he covers the tender spots. Drop this bottle like it’s hot and it still won’t break - the pool perfect red that actually still tastes good. Not the best, but for summer festivities, winenot? — 6 years ago
Good and drinkable Sauvignon, zero carbon foot print, light plastic bottle, 1 liter for $14. Boom. — 9 years ago
Really enjoyed it after it breathed for 30 min or so. — a year ago
Medium mouth feel. Low acid. Smokey finish. Meaty. Jake likes a lot. — 4 years ago
Not really my jam, mostly because it does actually taste like blackberry jam. To be fair, there is some really expensive oak flavors showing, and not just as obvious vinilla, but as black tea and maybe #2 pencil. It's a good wine, but it's not a wine for people that like to tread lightly. — 10 years ago
I was pleasantly surprised by this wine and can't beat the price point. Very food friendly. — 3 years ago
Superbly balanced and textured. The wine opened up quickly after uncorking. So very rich and satisfyingly full. This one is on a whole other level. I know this is my favorite Cabernet Sauvignon of all I have tried. In my mind this is the benchmark against which all others Napa cabs are measured. Tread lightly as we are rapidly approaching wine snob territory after this one. June 2019: Had to revisit again for my birthday celebration. The 2016 vintage upholds the rich and lofty tradition. I will bump up the rating by a point. I would rate this a 10 but will preserve hope that I will one day meet its match. — 6 years ago
