100% Mourvèdre in the biodynamic style. Very beautiful (unfiltered) pomegranate dress, at medium depth. The nose is very fresh on aromas of pomegranate, sour cherry, and floral notes. In the mouth it is juicy, light, carried by an invigorating freshness-mineral reminiscent of northern wines, and a welcome bitter touch. One of the very beautiful discoveries of our stay in Roussillon allowing us to apprehend in an original way this grape variety generally worked in blends.

100% Mourvèdre dans le style biodynamique.
Très belle robe (non filtrée) grenade, à la profondeur moyenne. Le nez est très frais sur des arômes de grenade, un peu de fraise et des notes florales. En bouche c’est juteux, léger, porté par une fraîcheur-minérale vivifiante rappelant les vins nordistes, et une pointe amer bienvenue. We continue to discover Swiss wines on the spot .. Pleasant surprise with this beautiful Syrah. Very close to a Croze-Hermitage in design: Crunchy fresh black fruit, violet, licorice, herbaceous touch of mint and parsley, which makes this wine perfect on pasta-garlic-chili served with fresh arugula! Oaky tip well melted. Balance between freshness and density (medium). The honorable finish of duration .. this bottle at a reasonable price can certainly age favorably for two or three years minimum.

On continue de découvrir les vins suisses sur place.. Agréable surprise avec cette belle Syrah. Très proche d’un Croze-Hermitage dans la conception : Fruit noirs frais croquant, réglisse , violette, touche herbacée mentholée persillée, qui rend se vin parfait sur des pasta-ail-piment servi avec de la roquette fraîche! Pointe boisée bien fondue. Équilibre entre fraîcheur et densité (moyenne). La finale honorable de durée.. cette bouteille au prix raisonnable pourra certainement vieillir favorablement deux, trois ans minimum. — 4 years ago

Cherry dress, charming nose of the Burgundian PN between strawberry, cherry, mushroom, cloves; discreet breeding tip between vanilla and tobacco. In the mouth it is lively, with a mineral marker that imposes itself. Semi-Light body that comforts the breeding tannins. Chanson lays the foundations of Burgundy in what is most essential, magnifying the PN. Easy to drink, elegant. 2019 at its peak.

Robe cerise, nez charmant des pinots-noirs bourguignons entre fraise, cerise, champignon, girofle, pointe discrète d’élevage entre vanille et tabac. En bouche c’est vif, avec un marqueur minéral qui s’impose de lui-même. Corps demi-Léger confortant les tanins d’élevage. Chanson pose les bases du Bourgogne dans ce qu’il y’a de plus essentiel, magnifiant le Pinot-Noir. Facile à boire, élégant. — a year ago

A fave. Bright fruity nose, red berries to start. Very complex, unfolds as you drink to a smoky savory long finish. Salami at the finish seems en pointe. Has a similar richness to what I love in a Chianti. — 3 years ago

Pinot Noir from the Champagne region. Translucent ruby color, cherry nose with a spice tip. Tense mouth with freshness and an almost saline finish and the return of cherry. Light, thin. Finds all its meaning served at 14-16 degrees. No vintage on the label?

Pinot Noir de la région champenoise. Robe rubis translucide, nez cerise pointe d’épice. Bouche bien tendue avec de la fraîcheur et une finale quasi saline et le retour de la cerise. Léger, fin. Trouve tout son sens servi à 14-16 degrés. — 3 years ago
