Brewer description: A concentrated expression of locally grown Miyama Nishiki, bottled as undiluted genshu. The brewery’s house style emphasizes soft umami, richness and a clean, sharp finish.
Tasted at Sake Day SF — 9/26/2026. Rating is limited since the same glass was reused throughout the tasting, making it difficult to get a truly clean tasting and accurate read on the aromas. This is undiluted which makes the flavors pop. — a day ago
Very unique ale with plum and hops at forefront. Not surprising given the fact brewed with Japanese plums and perilla aged in wine barrels. — 10 years ago
