Very nice (haha, get it?). Seriously a beautiful wine all around but at $30/bottle you get what you pay for. Opaque purple color. Black cherry, chocolate, peppercorn, vanilla, and a hint of spruce tips on the nose. Cinnamon and strawberry taste, super complex. FULL bodied with an acidic bite underneath. Third wine from this winery, all were incredible. — 2 years ago
Sciascinoso and Aglianico blend, which are varietals native to Campania. Intense ruby with cherry and floral notes. Great example from one of the best and creative wine lists in Toronto or anywhere, hands down. 91+

This guy was a complete surprise...a fraternal twin to Lambrusco, with less roundness and weight, thanks to the bright acidity of the Piedirosso grape. Perfect with Neapolitan pizza in the middle of summer. — 9 years ago
Excellent chilled red. Fruity, muted spices, huge barnyard notes. Went well with a pizza. — 2 years ago
This was a wonderful surprise paired with my arancini and pasta. Light and airy with a hint of bubbles. You won’t be disappointed. — 3 years ago
