Saint Esteve De Neri

Château Saint Esteve

Cuvée Classique Corbières Red Blend

Vintage 2021 | I don’t like the name of the wine, because it is obvious it will lead to confusion by consumers. I bought this in a selection of wines from a Belgian wineseller. All these wines were what you can call ‘middle of the road’. All of these wines were very quaffable. This wine is extreme quaffable and gives loads of pleasure. Lush and fruity. You immediately want another sip, and a new glass. Carignan 35 Grenache 35 Syrah 20 Mourverdre 10 6 months barrel aging Very good effort is the conclusion. — 14 days ago

Can Vendrell (Albet i Noya)

Petit Albet Brut Reserva Classic Penedes Macabeo-Xarel-lo-Parellada

When you have a tough decision to make about pairing, pick bubbly. This was an excellent choice. For the record, Vera’s is gone. This was at Steve Gedra’s latest endeavor, Saint Neri. Well worth the trip. — a year ago

Casanova di Neri

Tenuta Nuova Brunello di Montalcino Sangiovese 2010

Spectacular! Easily the best Brunello di Montalcino I've had. After a few sips I started to feel like I had the golden halo of a saint in one of the many many overrated paintings featuring the same. — 8 years ago

That's a great wine. Not sure about the halo...

Château Saint Esteve

Tradition Red Blend 2012

One of the little secrets about coming to Ireland is that there's tremendous access to amazing wine - Italian, Spanish, but mostly French.

Had this bottle twice this week in Westport, IE. It's a tremendous bottle of organic wine from the Cotes Du Rhone.
