Sacred Thirst tasting. That's pretty. Cleanses the palate, and the loins. — 9 years ago
Sacred Thirst tasting. The heart of the project. This was the first wine that Xabi produced in 2007. Good kick up front. — 9 years ago
Sacred Thirst tasting. I enjoyed the roundness here. Not crazy over the top Priorat, but restrained while inviting. Hearty stews would pair well. I guess I was hungry too. — 9 years ago
Both the name and grape and, frankly, fact that it was from Roussillon made me think it wouldn’t be for me. And it totally is. It has all the markers of Muscat flavor—honeydew, orange blossom, honeysuckle and peach juice...with...SURPRISE! It is dry as can be with a big kick of sea spray salinity and squeeze of lemon. Fresh. And then I realized it was a Sacred Thirst import and it all made sense. This wine is cool and surprising. It’s the soccer mom who doesn’t try too hard to fit in with her teenaged kids but also just happens to make her own organic juices and was married to a rock star and...oh shit this wine is Gwyneth Paltrow. And it is beautiful as her. Seriously drink with eyes closed and you are at a bonfire party on the beach eating melon. So into it. — 6 years ago
Sacred Thirst tasting. Pure, clean, bright, dry finish. Yes! — 9 years ago
Sacred Thirst tasting. Beaujolais style feel on this. Has a it more structure than the Monstant so I would probably lean to these two in a battle of the bring it. — 9 years ago
Sacred Thirst tasting. Just a touch more on the mouthfeel here. — 9 years ago
