A real Lambrusco di Mantova, perfect companion to mantovian dish. Incredibly drinkable lightly cooled and fresh!

Well, it shot up to 77° or so in Philly today.
N:Black raspberry, plums, tar, quite frizzante at first pour.
P: VERY DRY.. Black Cherries, little bit of tobacco, full mouth experience, some plumminess, a great companion w left over Indian chicken and mac&cheese!
A Lambrusco from the region of Lombardia in northern Italy. This dry, sparkling red wine is full of rustic character and made from a clone of Lambrusco known as Viadanese Sabbionetano. Unusual in production as the second fermentation takes place in bottle. — 4 years ago
