So pure, poised & perfumed - restrained yet so fine. Fresh. Crunchy light cherries, wild strawberries, wet moss, fresh sappy tree bark, a enticing whiff of violets. After some time some wet rocky minerality emerges.
On the palate this is rather light yet with presence, depth & purity. Amazing energy. Fresh, elegant & poised. The tannins are grippy but so finely polished & juicy. Cool, light footed, so juicy.

Dark in colour, dark fruit in the nose with fresh cherry, raspberries & blackberries plus a touch of baking spice and a hint of undergrowth.
Crunchy, juicy, with purity of fruit, some smokiness, and a lot of nice, interesting edges. This shows a lot o character & sense of place. And it’s drinking like a dream. — 5 years ago

Beautiful german chardonnay. Strong flinty and burning tire nose. Palette is minerality with an undertone of tropical fruit starting to sneak through. Would instantly buy and drink again 😍 — 6 months ago
