What else but a Serbian Pinot Noir to start the week off? Aside from an impressive balance the nose and palate share wonderful petrol and forest floor notes not too unlike some Spatburgunders. Medium/ light body and the color is more dark crimson than Ruby. Paired with grapefruit roasted chicken & potatoes. — 2 years ago
I love unique wines, and this definitely qualifies. Thanks to the Matthiasson’s for the recommendation. Excellent QPR @ $16. Tangy, with oranges and citrus, but also contains oak and wood elements. Very close to the Matthiasson Ribolla Gialla. Great summer wine! Very complex. — 3 years ago

Olaszrizling is no relation to German Riesling; this wine is orange and has Gewurtz-like spice with good acid and floral notes. — 5 years ago

Yet another killer wine from the Balkans that will contribute to pushing this region toward the top. A dark, juicy Cab with nice tannins; very smooth. Am beyond pleased ! However the price point is high in comparison to other Balkan wines that are of equal quality. — 3 years ago
