Bright golden color. Aromas of tropical fruits, white flowers and sea spray. The palate leans more toward pear and unripe peach with a pleasant herbal note on the finish. Mouth filling texture, medium body and crisp acidity. There is a bit of weight (pleasant) but it’s not over the top. Boy, when you’re emerging from Covid does that taste GOOD. it’s just a SS Treixadura but w homemade Picatta, yum. It’s big, yellow, very yellow. My taste is askew as well, but w salt,olive oil, tomatoes and Basil, we’ll call it Spa-Ital. minerals chock full. Not complex but perfect. — 9 months ago
