Boy, when you’re emerging from Covid does that taste GOOD. it’s just a SS Treixadura but w homemade Picatta, yum. It’s big, yellow, very yellow. My taste is askew as well, but w salt, olive oil, tomatoes and Basil, we’ll call it Spa-Ital. minerals chock full. Not complex but perfect. — 8 months ago
Perfect medium bodied red fruit — 8 months ago
An unusual old vines blend of 6 or more varieties farmed to biodynamic principles. Fermented with skin contact. A medium yellow color. Nose of flowers and spice. Intense palate ripe white fruit. Intense mineral backbone. Powerful wine but fresh with some poise. Paired with a rice bowl featuring Haloumi, bacon and Hawaiian avocado. — 4 years ago

First time trying this type of varietal. Savory fleshy bouquet. Mushroom , forest floor, earthy loam, prune and raisin. Great backbone of acid, cherry and more prune on the palate. Lots of structure to keep aging. Very unique wine. 13% — 2 months ago
