I’ve had both La Muse and La Joie so I was happy to get to try Le Désir. I think I like this cab franc dominated blend the best. The nose is floral with green fresh notes. On the palate it’s rich, full bodied with a luxurious velvety texture. Dark fruit, bell pepper, spices, licorice with powdery tannins that starts to melt into the wine completely.
