Usually whiskey barrel aged wine is a bit too sweet for me, but this was an exception. Very smooth & easy drinking!

Every once in a while, when my spouse goes to the grocery store, she comes back with wine “Gary wouldn’t buy”. It’s always fun. Some bad, some ok, some surprises. $13. And a decent blend to be honest. I don’t know what the rye barrels impart but for $13, who cares. Easy drinking on a cold night. Great with a cookie.
