Worth the wait. A beautiful PS, nice with Basque lamb stew. — 2 years ago
Fruity nose. Salmon color. Dry. Strawberries and raspberries. Excellent wine for this price point. — 3 years ago

A perfect example of a white wine built to last. — a year ago
My second favorite of the Quivira wines. Floral. Dry as a bone. Lots of acid. Refreshing. — 3 years ago
Quite nice Sauvignon Blanc with Pat’s grilled salmon ($20). — 6 months ago
Musty aromas with blackberry and plum. One the bud, a spice note with a bit of tartness. Overall a nice Zinfandel. — 10 months ago
Smooth and balanced. A little one note but really pleasant. Not as deep fruit and heavy spice as I’d expect but still really good. — 2 years ago
Popped and poured; consumed over three days. Best on day three. The 2019 Quivira “Q Collection” Sauvignon Blanc pours a pale straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose the wine is bursting with bright citrus fruits, fresh herbs, fresh asparagus, fennel and minerals. There is an overwhelming sense of freshness that is very attractive. On the palate the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Citrus fruits, namely grapefruit and lime, dominate accompanied by limestone-like minerals. The finish is long, zippy and satisfying. I dig this style of California Sauvignon Blanc: bright and energetic. — 3 years ago

Good but too fruity. Always a danger with zin. Nice but the others have been better from them. — 6 months ago
